Damages on Purchased Item
Please inspect all items upon receiving your item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Some brands might opt to replace the damaged item with the same one, or you can replace it with another item from the same brand. Should there be issues with sizing or preference, the purchase can be exchanged, under the terms and conditions of our Exchange Policy below.
Returns and Store Credit
Should you change your mind about your purchases, provided that the item is unused and unopened and does not fall under the Non-Returnable items list, you can exchange the product for another product under the same Brand or request for store credit when you return the item(s) in the store within 7 days of purchase. Please present your transaction receipt upon your request. The store and the brands reserve the right to deny the return if these conditions are not met. Products bought with a discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), fashion accessories that for pierced ears, and personal care goods (such as skincare and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
For Online orders, return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
Once order is confirmed, we do not allow refunds. We suggest that you double check your order details before checking out or purchasing item from the store.
